What does 'On Review' mean?

How did I end up On Review with this camp?

Being 'On Review' with a camp means they have expressed an interest in potentially hiring you. There are two ways that you can end up On Review with a camp:

  • The Camp director has searched for your skills, availability or experience in the portal, and found your application.
  • The placement team believe you would be a good fit at a particular camp, and they have put you on review so that the director can see your application.

Camp directors can add you to review when they are interested in connecting with you directly about a position! During this time, you should research the camp, brush up on your interview skills and be keeping an eye on your email inbox for a message from the camp director.
